Attorney's Fees

In most cases, attorney's fees for Social Security Disability appeals are earned on a contingency basis. In other words, a fee is payable only if the case is won. The fee is 25 percent of the first retroactive benefit check for you and your beneficiaries. Medical record costs are extra. Attorney's fees are set by federal law and must be approved by the Social Security Administration.

If you live in the following South Jersey counties, please call for a free consultation: Gloucester County, Camden County, Burlington County, Cumberland County, Salem County, Ocean County, Atlantic County and Cape May County. Call (856) 513-6362.

Tip of the Day

Apply sooner rather than later. In order to prove a case for disability you must be out of work for at least a year. If you've been out for a few months and it doesn't look like you're going back anytime soon, you've got nothing to lose by applying.
